In the last decade, there has been a considerable increase in the cars market. Indians have updated their demands including safety measures, comfort, technology, and the most important fuel efficiency. The manufactures are trying hard to win the heart of Indian customers in this segment and all these improvements come at a certain cost, so here you can look at some of the best cars in India within 10lakhs which are packed with features of sheer class.

Hyundai has upgraded its Verna which features a lot more than the earlier version. It has added new stylish and bold looks, which make it one of the most Fantastic looking sedans in its Segment. It packs sporty looks and dynamic headlamps which add on the features. It has undergone a few cosmetic changes where the front end gets a new front grille, bumper and headlamps and the rear gets an updated bumper, tail lamps and a chrome tip exhaust.

There has been some changes to the interiors as well like the new twin-dial instrument cluster with chrome surrounds. The fabric on the Verna Transform has been changed and the Verna Transform offers good legroom for the front row seats. The car still lacks steering mounted audio controls which we see today in most of the similar cars today and also lacks air-bags.

The Verna comes with a 1.6-litre petrol and 1.5-litre diesel engine. The diesel engine comes with a four-speed automatic transmission while the petrol engine is of 1599cc and produces a 103bhp of power and a maximum of 146Nm of torque through a five-speed manual transmission. The car can dash to 100kph in just 13.0 seconds and under normal driving conditions; it returned an overall figure of 11.8kpl, which isn’t bad.

The Hyundai Verna is available in many colours such as Sleek Silver, Crystal White, Crabon Grey, Stone Beige, Phantom Black, and Purple Fantasia and it comes at a price tag of Rs. 7.11 Lakhs – Rs. 11.26 Lakhs.

The VW Vento is available in both petrol and diesel engine options .The 1598 cc, Diesel engine produces a103 bhp @ 4400 RPM power and the 1598 cc, Petrol produces 103 bhp @ 5250 RPM power. The vento comes with a 5speed manual and 6speed automatic transmission gearbox. The car also has CD-MP3 music system, body-coloured door mirrors and handles and fog lamps among other features. The High line features such as a Integrated USB music system, steering-mounted audio controls, leather upholstery, ABS, front airbags, a multi-function display, 15″ alloy wheels and other standard features. Coming to the exteriors one can easily notice the high-class sophistication in its design. No panel gaps, perfect body language with aero dynamic designing to the design with the same radiator grill with VW logo and chrome strips on the front. The speed of the car is also very good as it goes from 0-100 mark under 11 seconds which is much faster than the other similar cars. The petrol engine manages to return a fuel efficiency of around 16km/ltr and the diesel engine returns a fuel efficiency of 16-18km/ltr.

The vento is available in many exciting colours such as Candy White, Flash Red, Reflex Silver, Shadow Blue, Deep Black, and Terra Beige. It comes at a price tag of Rs. 7.18 Lakhs – Rs. 10 Lakhs.

Nissan Sunny

Nissan launched Sunny back in 2011. It is based on the platform which comes with the Micra as well, and since its launch it has shown a good road presence. Nissan Sunny has appealing interiors as well as attractive exteriors and is coming with various colour options like Bronze Grey, Storm White, Blade Silver, Sapphire Blue, Oynx Black and Brick Red.

The Nissan sunny is available in both diesel and petrol engine variants. The Petrol engine has displacement of 1498cc and the Maximum power is 97 bhp at 6000 rpm and the Maximum torque is 134 nm at 4000 rpm. The Diesel engine has displacement of 1461cc; Maximum power of 84.8 bhp at 3750 rpm with a Maximum torque of 200 nm at 2000 rpm.The car can generate a 100 – 175 kmph speed in 15.8 seconds. The sedan is available in 5 variants: XE, XL, XV, Diesel XL and Diesel XV. Nissan Sunny’s exteriors reveal its aggression and its masculine side. The front of the vehicle includes big jewel shaped halogen headlamps that intensely enlightens the wider area rather than having standard headlamps.
